The primary martial art taught is Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon- Do, however; students have the opportunity to study Hapkido, Pent-Jak Silat, and Sports Karate under the tutelage of our  internationally award winning instructional staff.

Main School  -  14205 U St. (just off Millard Ave. east of 144th St.) Services at this location include cardio kickstart classes, bootcamps, weight loss services, sports massage services, medical massage services, continuing education classes for massage therapists,  healthy living seminars, and a large variety of martial arts classes including TaeKwon-Do, Hapkido, Sports Karate, extreme, and weapons classes.

 

Armbrust Family YMCA  - 5404 S. 168th St. (168th St. one block south of Q St.) Services at this location include TaeKwon-Do classes.
